About This Product
The Gen6 is Systellar's top-of-the-line charge controller, designed for serious solar setups — from large homes and farms to factories and off-grid sites. You choose between the 50A and 75A versions, set your battery bank to 12V, 24V, 36V, or 48V right from the front panel, and connect solar arrays as large as 4,800Wp (75A model on 48V).
Everything you need to see is on one screen: the 128×64 backlit graphic LCD shows panel power, battery status, charging stage, and load data together — no scrolling through menus. And with the built-in Solar Management Unit (SMU), your existing inverter automatically runs on solar by day and grid by night, cutting your electricity bill without you touching a switch.
Why Buy an MPPT Controller Instead of PWM?
Ordinary PWM controllers throw away energy: they pull your panel voltage down to battery voltage and lose the difference. The Gen6's synchronous MPPT circuitry keeps the panels at their sweet spot and converts every spare volt into extra charging current — so the same panels put 25–30% more energy into your batteries, with the biggest gains on cloudy days, early mornings, and hot afternoons when panels sag most.
If your system has more than 200W of panels, uses lithium batteries, runs at 24V or above, or connects to a home inverter — MPPT is the right buy, and this controller was built for exactly those systems.
Works With Every Battery You Own — Including LiFePO4
Switching from lead-acid to lithium later? No need to buy a new controller. The Gen6 lets you set charge voltages, cut-off points, and trickle parameters yourself from the keypad, so it matches your exact battery bank today and whatever you upgrade to next:
- Lead Acid — SMF, FLA (Flooded), Tubular, and Gel
- Lithium-ion (Li-ion)
- LiFePO4 (Lithium Iron Phosphate)
- Nickel Cadmium (Ni-Cd)

Which Model Do I Need?
Match your battery bank voltage and total panel wattage to the table below. If your array is near the top of a range, pick the 75A model for headroom.
| Model | Battery Voltage | Max Solar Panel Capacity |
|---|---|---|
| CC-MPPT-Gen6-200-50A | 12V | 800 Wp |
| CC-MPPT-Gen6-200-75A | 12V | 1200 Wp |
| CC-MPPT-Gen6-200-50A | 24V | 1600 Wp |
| CC-MPPT-Gen6-200-75A | 24V | 2400 Wp |
| CC-MPPT-Gen6-200-50A | 36V | 2400 Wp |
| CC-MPPT-Gen6-200-75A | 36V | 3600 Wp |
| CC-MPPT-Gen6-200-50A | 48V | 3200 Wp |
| CC-MPPT-Gen6-200-75A | 48V | 4800 Wp |
Both models accept panel strings up to 175V Voc — wire 2–3 panels in series for thinner cables and lower installation cost. (Voc limit is 110V on 12V battery systems.)
What Can You Run With It?
- Home inverter + solar: Keep your current inverter — the built-in SMU makes it solar-first automatically.
- Off-grid homes & farms: The heart of a fully independent solar + battery power setup.
- Factories & commercial rooftops: The 75A / 48V model handles up to 4800Wp, with optional RS-485/MODBUS for SCADA and remote logging.
- Village & rural power: Engineered for Indian heat, dust, and unstable grid conditions.
- Solar street lighting: 40A DC load output with dusk-to-dawn and timer control built in.
- Telecom towers & CCTV: Dependable round-the-clock charging for backup battery banks.
Built-in Power Saver Relay — Lower Bills, Zero Effort
Wire the Gen6's relay into your inverter's grid input and it takes over: while the sun charges your batteries, grid supply is held off and your inverter runs purely on solar power. As soon as battery voltage falls to your chosen night-time limit, grid supply is restored automatically. The result — a plain inverter behaves like a solar home UPS, and daytime units stop appearing on your electricity bill.
5-Stage Charging That Extends Battery Life
- Deep Discharge Recovery — revives over-drained batteries gently at low current before normal charging.
- Bulk — full available solar current for the fastest possible recharge.
- Absorption — constant voltage, tapering current, to top up without stress.
- Trickle — holds the bank at full charge through low-sun spells.
- Equalize — periodic cell balancing and de-sulfation for lead-acid banks.
Every threshold is adjustable from the front-panel LCD and 5-key keypad — no laptop, no app.
Protection at Every Terminal
- Battery overcharge, deep-discharge, short-circuit, and reverse-polarity protection
- Heat-sink temperature sensing throttles charging automatically if the unit runs hot
- PV over-voltage cut-off keeps the controller safe if string voltage exceeds limits
- Coded LED blink patterns identify faults on-site in seconds

Buyer Questions, Answered
Will it work with the inverter I already have at home?
Yes — that's the point of the built-in Power Saver Relay. It sits between the grid and your inverter's mains input and switches your inverter to battery/solar operation whenever the batteries are well charged. You don't need to replace your inverter to go solar.
I have tubular batteries now but plan to move to LiFePO4. Do I need two controllers?
No. Set the charging profile for tubular today; when you upgrade, re-program the voltages and cut-offs for LiFePO4 from the same keypad. One controller covers both.
Can I use a 36V battery bank?
Yes — 12V, 24V, 36V, and 48V are all selectable on the unit itself. 36V support with 175V Voc input is rare in this segment.
How many panels can I connect in one string?
Any combination up to 175V open-circuit voltage — typically two or three panels of 45–60V Voc in series (110V limit on 12V systems). The tracker adapts to the string automatically, regardless of panel brand.
Can I monitor it remotely?
An optional RS-485 card with MODBUS RTU connects the Gen6 to data loggers, BMS, or SCADA systems. Wi-Fi based monitoring from phone/desktop is planned.
Do you supply installers and bulk buyers?
Yes — GST invoicing, pan-India delivery, and dealer pricing on orders of 5+ units. Call or WhatsApp +91-9568004455.
